At Phulkarigiri (operated by 3K Designer India, based in Amritsar, Punjab, India), we truly value our customers and take great care in crafting and delivering our products. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to handcrafted processes or screen differences are natural and not considered defects.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at info@phulkarigiri.com with your Order ID and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Replacements
Wherever possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement items are dispatched after verification.
Return Shipping
If the issue is due to our error, we will take care of the return shipping. In other approved cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
Items Not Eligible for Return Products purchased during sales or special offers, and customized or made-to-order items, may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
